Micro Investigation - Can You Deduce What This Is?

Hi, My name is Sherlock and I'm a micro super sleuth!
I'm investigating a series of micro mysteries that to be solved.
Will you help me out? It's fun and challenging!

What is a micro sleuth?

A "sleuth" is someone who solves mysteries. And "micro" means "very small". So, if you are a microsleuth, then you investigate mysteries by looking at very small things!

If you look closely, the micro world all around us is filled with the most amazing things! Have you ever really looked super closely at ordinary things around you such as the food that you eat or the objects in your house? If you did, I bet you'd be amazed.

What does it take to be a micro slueth?

What does it take to be a micro super sleuth? Some specialized equipment such as a magnifying glass, a loupe or a microscope does certainly help. However, the most important thing is to have the right personality and temperament for it. The best micro sleuths have the following characteristics:

  • Curiosity
Do you like like to look at absolutely everything? Do you wonder what makes things work or what things are for?
  • Intelligence
Do you like to solve puzzles? Are you good at figuring things out?
  • Patience
Can you focus on tasks for long periods of time? Are you rarely bored?
  • Imagination
Does the idea of discovering something, no matter how small, excite you?

Does that describe you? If so, then you would make a brilliant micro sleuth!

Let's do some micro investigation!
