Wendy's Graham Muffins



 

1 cup sugar

2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. baking soda

2 cups graham or whole wheat flour

1 cup white flour

2 eggs

2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored is fine!)

½ cup corn or canola oil

Instructions:

Cream together: 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 cups graham or whole wheat flour, 1 cup white flour.

Add: 2 eggs, beaten, 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored is fine!), ½ cup corn or canola oil.

Fruit or berries can be added at your option.

Pour into muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

Makes about 1½ dozen muffins.
