Instructions:

Cut off the mushroom stems.

Set aside the mushroom caps.

Chop the mushroom stems and sauté them with the onions in some olive oil.

Add the breadcrumbs.

Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture and arrange them on a cookie sheet.

Place a dab of the cream cheese on each mushroom cap.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
