Doren's Artichoke Dip



 

16 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

4-8 cloves fresh garlic

8 oz frozen spinach

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

12 oz artichoke hearts

1 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less as you like)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix together: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 4-8 cloves fresh garlic, minced, 8 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped, 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 12 oz artichoke hearts, frozen or canned, chopped up, 1 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less as you like), Salt and pepper to taste.

Place in glass oven safe casserole dish or bowl and microwave until warm and cheese is slightly melted then bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.

Serve with fresh French bread, crostini, pitas or tortilla chips.
