Ken's Spaghetti



 

4 T Italian seasoning

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp salt

½ tsp thyme

¼ cup fresh chopped Italian parsley

1T fennel seeds

5-6 medium onions, chopped

As much garlic as you can stand to peel and chop

3 lbs ground beef, browned and drained

2 cups water

56 oz tomatoes, skins removed

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 bell pepper, seeds removed and diced

2 Serrano chili peppers, seeds removed and diced.

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Brown meat, drain fat, add onions, garlic and sauté until onions are tender.

Add water and all other ingredients.

Simmer several hours (the longer the better).

Serve over spaghetti or other pasta that you like.
